We are looking for an Order Team Executive who can join us.
This is an office based role with a requirement to be in the Bristol office. After probation there is then the option for working from home days with a requirement to be in the Slough office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Key Purpose
• Manage the timely progression of orders with the dealer network, ensure dealer notes are acknowledged and tasks are actioned.
• Manage customer queries/requests and complaints through both cases and telephone calls to a successful and timely resolution. Use the GOCM to manage cases from customers and keep regular updates on cases, escalate cases that are out of SLA for support to get resolved.
• Engage in the team buzz and team meetings, share best practice and knowledge with the team, and look for ways to improve the day-to-day operation for the team and for our customers and be a positive member of the team with a can-do attitude.
Summary of Responsibilities
•Complete order/cases/note tasks daily, work with the team seniors to move aged orders/cases/notes forward and raise escalations.
• Provide timely and accurate information to our customers to minimise queries and complaints
• Liaise with dealer network and manufacturer on a regular basis to ensure good working relationships
• Deliver client specific tasks for projects that need managing or when there are sensitive accounts that need hand holding
• Utilise all tools & systems provided by LeasePlan and its suppliers and follow business controls set out to minimise risk
• Build rapport and confidence within our customer and supplier base
• Look for better ways of doing things to improve efficiency and customer service, get involved and be engaged
Skills, Experience & Background
• Experience of working in an administrative environment where preparation, planning and organisation is evident.
• Excellent command of spoken English to enable telephone communications with customers and suppliers
• Good command of written English to enable email communication with customers and suppliers
• IT and systems understanding
• Strong work ethic with the ability to show empathy and support the customer
• Ability to deal calmly and professionally with customers and other stake holders within the business
