DESCRIPTION / MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Improve Ayvens’ remarketing business process performance and spread the culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the group 

As such, within the Remarketing Operational Excellence team, the business process analyst will be in charge of:

Improving remarketing processes:

  • Monitor key process performance indicators
  • Identify key remarketing business areas and processes that require improvements
  • Analyse existing processes and pain points
  • Identify solutions and enhanced processes through a strong collaboration with local stakeholders and experts
  • Monitor the process performance evolution and the achievement of the expected benefits

Developing process standardization

  • Design more standardized processes and support countries in adopting the change
  • Encourage and facilitate the sharing of best practices between countries, around process performance, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement:

  • Act as a process efficiency expert to support central and local teams on methodology and best practices
  • Develop and anchor locally the culture and practices of continuous improvement within the subsidiaries by using BPM and Lean Management methodologies and developing local managerial skills
  • Contribute to create process reviews governance at group level
  • Contribute to identify and minimize operational risks on remarketing activity

Supporting business and digital transformation:

  • Collaborate on digital projects to facilitate the adoption of digital transformation
  • Support central and local projects related to organisational transformation

  • Product Owners and BPM/biz dev team
  • Remarketing Managers & General Managers in countries
  • International customers
  • External providers

MAIN SKILLS (HARD AND SOFT)

  • Deep knowledge of process optimisation and/or lean management methodologies
  • Collective intelligence workshops facilitation
  • Sense of relationship
  • KPI-oriented and analytical mind

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in Project management (process improvement)
  • Experience in entities is a real plus
  • Experience with international coordination, either within an international group between HQ and subsidiaries or within a network of players
  • Business School, Master’s Degree
  • English ++

  • Based in ALD S.A in Rueil-Malmaison
  • International mobility (business travels)
