ENVIRONMENT 

 

AYVENS is a global leader in mobility solutions, providing full-service leasing, fleet management services and remarketing across 43 countries to a client base of mainly corporates, professionals, and some private individuals. 

 

Its holding company, ALD SA, is responsible for the development of the group and the supervision of its activities in the countries where it is established. It provides technical support and promotes synergies among countries. 

 

DESCRIPTION 

 

The overall mission is to ensure that the AYVENS Group complies with the instructions of the Société Générale Group as well as with national laws and regulations.  

 

Key responsibilities will include: 

 

Training management: update training roadmap implementation, maintain and develop new trainings 

Ensure communication management within Compliance, across countries and towards management teams 

Contribute to transversal reportings related to entities scoping (activity, regulated status, resources..) 

Manage Compliance incidents in relation with entities and in coordination with Societe Generale Compliance team 

Participate to the culture & Conduct program

REQUIRED TRAININGS & EXPERIENCES 

 

 

  • Good level of English (written and verbal) 

  • Minimum 5 years of Compliance experience, ideally in banking or financial business sector 

  • Knowledge of leasing activities
