At Ayvens Digital & IT we have an opening for an experienced Head of Product Portfolio & Operations.


What are you going to do?

As the Head of Product Portfolio & Operations, you will drive standardization, governance, and collaboration for digital product management. You will lead the development of efficient processes, ensuring alignment with business goals while optimizing product operations. Your role includes overseeing portfolio management, planning, product discovery, and reporting, while ensuring a seamless digital user experience.

Responsibilities also include ownership of the GPS framework within D&IT and managing the Business Process Management team. This role will ensure that all enhancements and changes to central digital products align with the GPS framework, maintaining consistency and efficiency across systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with business and digital product directors to define priorities and shape the global GPS template, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.

We need a structured and results-oriented leader who can drive efficiency and standardization in product operations. You are a strategic problem solver, capable of optimizing complex product portfolios while fostering collaboration across teams. You are comfortable making data-driven decisions, ensuring seamless workflows, and enhancing the digital experience for users.

  • Strategic Execution & Efficiency: You excel at defining and implementing process improvements, ensuring a streamlined product portfolio that aligns with business goals.

  • Leadership & Collaboration: You work closely with cross-functional teams, coaching and guiding product leaders to ensure best practices in portfolio and business process management.

  • Communication & Influence: You can effectively align stakeholders, present strategic roadmaps, and drive adoption of standardized processes, ensuring seamless collaboration across the organization.


Job requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience including at least 5 years in a senior product operations, portfolio management or product leadership role in a large or complex organization.

  • Proven track record of leading global product portfolio strategy, tooling frameworks and operating models across large matrixed organizations.

  • Deep expertise in Product Portfolio management, business process management and product lifecycle governance - including the design and implementation of scalable frameworks.

  • Experience in standardizing cross functional processes for product discovery, roadmap governance, status reporting and continuous improvement.

  • Preferably You have a PO Certification

  • Strong experience partnering with C-level executives and product leaders, driving transparency and alignment through well-defined KPI's

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
