Data Project Manager

At Ayvens Digital & IT we have an opening for a Data Project Manager.

The Data Projects Manager is responsible for the implementation of data projects, at Ayvens or Société Générale Group level, most often involving one or more subsidiaries of the group and various departments within the organizations. He/She contributes to the Digital transformation of the Data management organization. 
This person ensures that his/her project contributes to leveraging data being used as a lever for the company. 

We have a hybrid working environment, but you will mainly be working at our Amsterdam Office.

 
What are you going to do?
In this position you will ensure the deployment of the norms and standards around Data Governance by fulfilling the following responsibilities:

• Leverage on Group Data Capabilities and lead the development of new one

• Ensure proper collaboration between Digital/IT, Business and Data Teams

• Be the SG SPOC of strategic remediation programs related to data

• Design and deploy action plans at Ayvens level to tackle remediation on strategic data  

• He/She ensures effective and transparent governance with SG Group Stakeholders and escalates risks at the right level and at the right moment

• Work collaboratively with IT, Data and Business  

• Deliver complex projects, define project scope, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery within budget constraints

 
Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has the interpersonal skills necessary to manage and build relationships across multiple departments and geographical locations. Collaboration, agility project management and decision making are examples of key behaviours reflecting the agile culture of Ayvens.

• 5+ years in Data organization ( Data Governance, Quality, ..) or Project management

• Strong Communication and change management skills

• You are able to work cross functionally

• You are analytical and have a good understanding of regulations

• You have good knowledge of the Data world (data analytics, office, BI tools)

• Experience in Agile methodologies (scum) would be a plus

• You are fluent in English both verbal & written
