What to expect

  1. International framework agreement​

    We will formalise agreed terms, conditions and services as the foundation of all Country Master Agreements.

  2. Kick off meetings​

    First formal meetings with the local client and LeasePlan teams. Discussing objectives, scope of local services and next steps.

  3. Go live!​

    Now that local master agreements have been completed, we can order vehicles and deliver customised services as agreed in the framework agreement.

  4. Communication of international partnership​

    Communication from international team to local teams concerning what has been agreed. Sets expectations of what will happen next, including expected involvement/action.​

  5. LeasePlan country briefings

    LeasePlan briefs country teams to clarify local variations and expectations and determine approach.

  6. Progress reviews​

    Frequent reviews at both local and international levels to monitor ongoing initiatives and deliverables that have been agreed.​
