How do I schedule an appointment to repair damage?
First, report the damage to LeasePlan by calling LeasePlan Service Direct on 1860 500 5050 and provide the description of the accident/damage, the driving vehicle at the time of the accident/damage and a few other details. Then, you can easily schedule a repair appointment on the same call or logging in on MyLeasePlan portal or by emailing on customercare@leaseplan.com.
Where can I go for damage repair?
Our network of auto repair service providers has national coverage. Once you report your damage to us, we will find a workshop in your area that meets our quality requirements.
