Can I choose any make or model?
As we are completely independent, LeasePlan offers the full range of passenger vehicles and light commercials available to the market on contracts of 1 – 5 years duration.
How long does it take for a fresh order to be delivered?
Delivery depends upon a number of factors including whether the car is already in stock, current factory production lead times and if the vehicle needs a fit out once it has landed. Generally a fresh order can take anywhere between 12 to 16 weeks to be delivered.
When do I get my fuel card?
If a fuel card has been requested then the new fuel card will be ordered once the vehicle goes live on our system. This usually takes about 5 working days.
Do I just leave my present car / rental vehicle in with the garage where I'm picking up my new car?
Yes. LeasePlan /Car Hire Company will arrange collection of the vehicle you leave with the supplier but please let us know when you have done this.
If my vehicle is ordered in Dublin can it be delivered to another part of the country e.g Cork?
Yes the purchasing department can organise this with the supplier. Please allow for additional delivery time as the supplier will have to organise suitable transportation.
