Arrow downWhy is there an admin charge on toll charges?

Admin fees on tolls are billed to LeasePlan directly from the hire car companies and we have no control on these charges. We have notified all clients to ensure all tolls are paid on time to avoid the hire car companies receiving these costs and re-billing them back to LeasePlan with admin fees which we have then have to recharge back to our clients.

Arrow downWhy is my first bill higher than agreed?

First bills are from the activation date to a month in advance of the month invoice raised. ie car goes live 24th October, billed in November from 24th October to end of December. Any subsequent invoices are for one month in advance.

Our Management Information systems are recognised as the best in the industry and they are a vital tool in helping us to ensure we are supporting our clients in the most efficient and cost effective manner. LeasePlan's industry leading online reporting tool; FleetReporting Next Generation (FEXT) allows fleet contacts to access data relevant to their fleet on our online system at a click of a button. Please contact your Account Manager or our Driver Support team directly to obtain access on +353 1 2407660. In addition, your Account Manager is also on hand also discuss your specific reporting requirements with you and help tailor reports to suit your requirements.

Arrow downI have lost or never received my tax disc although my vehicle is taxed. What happens now?

LeasePlan can arrange a replacement tax disc for you. The application process takes approximately 7 to 10 working days. Please email roadtax@leaseplan.ie if you have not received your disc and require further assistance.

Arrow downI just received delivery of my new vehicle. When will I receive my tax disc?

For brand new vehicles, the road tax application will be processed in approximately 10 working days once LeasePlan has received all necessary documentation from the dealer who delivered the vehicle.

Arrow downCan you reclaim the VAT on all leases?

On commercial vehicles the company can reclaim all of the VAT whilst on passenger vehicles a portion of the VAT can be reclaimed once certain criteria is fulfilled.
