I want to bring my car abroad. What do I need to do?
You need to notify your Insurance provider if you are travelling abroad. If travelling to mainland Europe you must contact LeasePlan as you will require a cover letter.
Will I get a replacement car when my car is being repaired?
Yes you can get a replacement "Hire Car" when you car is being repaired subject to your company policy on replacement hire vehicles. The cost of the replacement car is charged to your company. By default we recommend a Group C rental 1.4L, however, this can be upgraded on request and subject to availability.
Do I have to report every incident?
All incidents; no matter how minor, including those that may give rise to a claim now or in the future, must be reported to LeasePlan immediately or as soon as practically possible.
