How can I see the breakdown of the charges?
You can follow the link found in the billing update with the detailed report of charges.
What payment options are there?
The lease is paid with a standing order on a monthly basis according to the offer you have accepted. There aren’t any other hidden charges.
When will I receive an invoice?
Invoices are issued and sent to our customers monthly on the first business days of the month.
What should I do when my invoice is incorrect?
