Am I entitled to a deductible
Whether you are entitled to a deductible or not, this depends on the agreement we have concluded. For more information please check the additional car agreement.
If you drive a corporate vehicle, you can contact the fleet manager of your company to obtain more information.
What is a damage waiver?
The damage waiver is the maximum amount of contribution a driver is required to pay and applies in the following circumstances:
- Cover for own damage to the vehicle
- Partial theft
- Damage to a vehicle caused by fire and civil risk
- Civil and political accidents, fire and natural disasters
Who pays for the costs in case of damage repair?
In case of damage, you may pay up to the deductible amount per accident. If the damage repair costs are lower than the deductible amount, you will have to pay this amount. If the damage can be claimed by a third party, you will not have to pay for the repair yourself. In any case, you will receive a relevant invoice from LeasePlan.
