We are committed to treating our customers fairly, before, during and after a sale. If for any reason you are unhappy with our service and you wish to register a complaint please tell us about your complaint as soon as you can and provide us with your contact details, Used Car registration number and any information to help us understand the issue, by emailing carnextuk@leaseplan.com. If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
