You don’t need to do anything, just stay in this vehicle and use it as normal. The dealer will be in contact with you nearer the new delivery month to arrange for delivery of your new vehicle and collection of your old vehicle

At the moment,this change won’t alter your quoted rental or contribution amount. Just as in a more normal situation, if the manufacturer makes any changes to the model, vehicle specification or pricing before we are ready to deliver to you, we may need to adjust your rental. We will of course contact you to discuss what the changes are, and the options available to you.

Dealers are not now able to secure build slots with manufacturers and they’re just having to hold the orders. When the restrictions are lifted, we should get a clearer picture of when your order can be supplied. Because of all the uncertainty, we’ve agreed with your employer that to delay delivery is the best course of action.

Most manufacturers have shut their factories, but even where vehicles are physically in stock with dealers, the dealers are shut so they can’t be delivered, and movement of vehicle stock across the globe is being restricted. Because of all these uncertainties, your employer has agreed that to delay delivery is the best course of action.

When manufacturers re-open they’ll have a backlog, so any factory orders will still be delayed. This means we can’t provide accurate delivery dates. Because of all these uncertainties, your employer has agreed that to delay delivery is the best course of action.
