LeasePlan UK End Of Year Opening Hours & Daily Rental Procedure
As we draw to the end of 2022, we want to share how we’ll be supporting you over the holiday season.
LeasePlan Teams
Christmas and New Year
We’ll take calls as usual on the morning of Friday 23rd December from 8.45am – 1pm and will then take a well-deserved break until Wednesday 28th December at 9am.
Between 28th -30th December our teams will be working remotely. Following the New Year Bank Holiday our offices will reopen at 9am Tuesday 3rd January.
LeasePlan DriverLine
Our essential maintenance services – 24/7 breakdown and recovery, accident management, glass replacement and tyres – will be available throughout the festive period.

Christmas Off Hires
Should you have any rentals that need collecting before Christmas, please notify us by Tuesday 20th December at 12:00. Any off-hires for collection requested after this point will remain on rent until Wednesday 28th December at 11:00. Please note we will only collect vehicles up to 12.00 on Wednesday 21st December. The earliest time for delivery of new hires is Wednesday 28th December at 10:00.
Alternatively, if you wish to return a vehicle to branch, this can be done no later than Thursday 22nd December at 12.00 at which point the rental will off hire and charges will end.
Please note that some collections may not take place immediately after they off-hire and customers are advised to keep the vehicle safe and not drive after the rental period has ended.
New Year Off Hires
Should you have rentals which need off-hiring to be collected or returned to branch before the New Year, please notify us by Thursday 29th December at 12:00. Any off-hires requested after this point will remain on rent until Tuesday 3rd January at 11:00 (4th in Scotland). Please note we will only collect vehicles up to 12:00 on Thursday 29th December. The earliest time for delivery of new hires is Tuesday 3rd January at 10:00.
LeasePlan Flexible
Our offices will close on Friday 23rd December at 1pm. Please note there will be no deliveries or collections between 22/12/2022 – 03/01/2023.
