  In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

  A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.

How to enter

  To enter the competition :

  Create a video (up to 30 secs) with your EV and explaining your ‘electric moment’ between midnight 9th September 2021 and 11.59pm 30th September 2021.

  Share your video on your preferred social channel – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn with the hashtag #electricmoments

  Don’t forget to follow us @LeasePlan

  LeasePlan UK Limited will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prizes

  Prize: A hamper full of sustainable goods up to the value of £100

  You are only eligible to win if you have created a video tagging #electricmoments
• 3.

  LeasePlan UK Limited's use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

  The winner will be drawn at random.
• 5.

  The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• 6.

  We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

  The decision of LeasePlan UK Limited regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

  The winner will be notified after 11.59pm 30th September 2021 via Social Media.
• 2.

  LeasePlan UK Limited will attempt to contact the winner via Direct Messaging on the entrants preferred social channel up to two times.
• 3.

  If the winner does not respond notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second contact, they will lose their right to the prize, and LeasePlan UK Limited reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

  Please allow 28 days for delivery of the prizes or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

  You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the competition being used by LeasePlan UK Limited for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

  By entering this competition I hereby consent to LeasePlan UK Limited using content created by me and shared publicly on social media tagging #electricmoments. I consent to them being used for marketing and publicity related purposes and to their use by LeasePlan UK Limited. I understand that they may be published on social media channels on our website and other websites or elsewhere on the internet.

Limitation of Liability

  LeasePlan UK Limited does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the competition or being selected for a prize, save that LeasePlan UK Limited does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

  LeasePlan UK Limited does not provide any form of practical support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
