Replacement car during maintenance

Am I entitled to a replacement car while my car is under maintenance?
Whether or not you're entitled to a replacement vehicle depends on your lease agreement.
Maintenance & MOT For maintenance, a replacement vehicle is often not included since we offer pick-up and delivery service.
Tyres For tyre changes, you need to drive your car to the garage and wait for the change, so you will not receive a replacement vehicle for these appointments.
