You can easily schedule or change a maintenance appointment via Oficina Online or by calling 91 91 92 999 If you’re not sure when you would like to reschedule for, simply cancel your appointment and make a new one later.
Where can I go for maintenance?
We have a national, premium network of preferred providers to maintain our lease cars, so there’s always a convenient option near you. Simply indicate where and when and we do the rest. Use Oficina Online or by calling 91 91 92 999 to schedule your appointment.
Who pays for maintenance costs?
In most cases, we pay for the maintenance. You can find out whether maintenance is covered in the terms and conditions of your contract.
When does my lease car need maintenance?
You can find out when the car needs maintenance in the instruction booklet of the lease car.
How often do I have to have my vehicle serviced?
You can check this information in the vehicle maintenance book or in the Online Office.
My vehicle does not have a maintenance book, is it necessary?
It is not compulsory to keep the maintenance book, as there are vehicle models and brands where the on-board computer indicates the periodicity of the revisions.
