It is a wholly owned subsidiary of LeasePlan Corporation N.V. of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. In addition to the headquarters, it has branches in Neuss, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Munich plus a regional office in Berlin. In Germany currently 111,000 company vehicles are managed.
