Information about the operational fluids for the specific vehicle is included in the Driver set. You may buy these, including engine oil, at our service partners or at gas stations using your fuel card.
The replacement vehicle can be prolonged and the costs of the replacement vehicle will be invoiced to your company.

What should I do if I do not have my insurance card (green card)?
- Given the new legislation concerning the green cards and the possibility to print them on a regular white paper, the insurance companies have stopped the distribution of the original print-outs on the green forms.
- Green cards are available to the contact person within your company in LeasePlan’s online application Vehicle documents (myfleet.leaseplan.cz or leaseplango.cz).
- We recommend that you ask your contact person to share the green card with you – via e-mail, shared file server or printed.
- New vehicles are equipped with the green card valid for the current year.
What should I do if the vehicle documents are lost or stolen?
- You must report the loss of each document to LeasePlan via the web form Vehicle documents and fuel cards, or by calling us at +420 296 333 666.
- In case of loss or theft of the vehicle registration certificate, we will arrange issue of a new one within a maximum of 5 working days from sending the request. We recommend that you also report this loss or theft to the Police of the Czech Republic due to possible misuse.
- In case of loss or theft of the proof of the compulsory third-party liability insurance (the so-called green card), we will send it to you free of charge, if the compulsory third-party liability insurance has been agreed through LeasePlan.
- Report the loss / damage of the license plate on the vehicle to us in the above-mentioned ways. We will provide you with new license plates and the related documents within 5 working days. During this time, the vehicle is unfit for driving, so you can use a replacement vehicle. We recommend that you also report this loss or theft to the Police of the Czech Republic due to possible misuse; in the event of theft of both license plates, a police protocol is necessary.
- In case of damage or loss of the highway sticker, you can request a new one through our company. This new highway sticker will then be re-invoiced to you; alternately you can buy a new one yourself. If the control part of the sticker is stolen, file a notification with the Police of the Czech Republic and have the Police protocol on loss or theft with you during the validity of the sticker.
- The vehicle documentation (Driver set) will be issued to you by LeasePlan within 3 working days.
- You can obtain a duplicate of the servicing booklet or vehicle keys by yourself directly in an authorized service.
What should I do if I need the ecological vignette?
- Please contact us via the web form Vehicle documents and fuel cards, or by calling us at +420 296 333 666. We will arrange the ecological vignette within one working day (in case of express request) or in the standard term of 3 working days. The cost of arranging the vignette will be charged in accordance with the currently valid price list, which you can find here.
- In case you want to arrange the ecological vignette by yourself, we will send you the vehicle registration certificate, which is needed for its issue. Information about the cities that require use of the ecological vignette may be found at the website www.dekra.cz.
