Arrow downI will be returning the vehicle at the drop-off location with the SGS inspector present but I cannot make it on time. Can I still leave the vehicle at the venue?

If you insist on returning the vehicle, it is possible. In such case a LeasePlan representative will accept the vehicle from you but without the SGS inspector, there will be no SGS report prepared on the spot. That way you will give up the possibility to claim the vehicle state in case of any potential dispute or claim after the vehicle evaluation.

Arrow downI want to avoid any end-of-the-contract charges for extra wear and tear. What can I do?

The best way how to avoid any end-of-the-contract charges for extra wear and tear on the vehicle is to report all damages on the vehicle and to have these damages repaired before returning the vehicle. Before you return the vehicle, it is also possible to make use of the pre-inspection and based on its result, you can decide whether you want to return the vehicle as it is or if you want to fix any damages.
