Do you need a replacement vehicle during the repair of an insured damage?
Replacement vehicle is one of the supplementary services you can select while making an appointment for vehicle repair. Please call the LeasePlan non-stop hotline for drivers at +420 296 333 666 (extension 1).
Please submit your request for a vehicle purchase on the website by completing the appropriate form, however, no sooner than 30 days before the scheduled expiry of the lease.
To align the lease end date of the current vehicle with the takeover date of the new vehicle, we recommend starting the vehicle purchase process approximately 3 weeks before the scheduled end of the operating lease.
If you are buying the vehicle as a registered company (with VAT deduction), you must report this fact via e-mail to carremarketing@leaseplan.cz.

Is it necessary to call the Police in case of an accident?
It is necessary to call the Police in the following cases:

- if there is material damage to the property of a third party, except damage to a vehicle whose driver is involved in a traffic accident,
- if a part of the road is damaged or destroyed,
- if there is no agreement between the parties on the essential circumstances regarding the degree of fault in the accident.
Is it necessary to call the Police in the event of a break-in, theft of the vehicle or signs of vandalism?
In cases related to criminal activity or vandalism, the obligation to call the Police of the Czech Republic always applies, even in cases of small material damage. If the crime is not investigated by the Police, it may become a non-liquid insured event, i.e. the insurance company may reject the insurance indemnification.
