Arrow downWhat happens during the application process?

It is very simple, and consists of 4 steps:

1. Interest
Everything starts on the page for your chosen car. You indicate here how long you wish to lease the car for, how many kilometres you expect to drive, and choose the colour of the car

2. Reserve
You fill in a few personal details and accept the Terms and Conditions. You will then receive a link to complete your personal and financial information

3. Your contract
After an initial financial check of your information, we will send you a contract. The 14-day cooling-off period starts as soon as we have received the signed contract and a number of other documents

4. You're on the road!
After the cooling-off period, you will be bound by your contract and we will contact you to arrange the delivery of your new Private Lease car. We will start the monthly payment as soon as you receive the car.

Arrow downWhat is the maximum annual mileage I can drive?

Each car can be driven for a maximum number of kilometres over the entire term of your contract. This maximum varies per car. If this maximum is for example 200,000 km, then you can either drive 40,000 km/year for 5 years, or drive 50,000 km/year for 4 years. The maximum duration of our contracts is always 5 years (60 months).

Arrow downI ordered a car. When will my car be delivered?

This depends on the availability of the model you selected. Most of our 'best deals' cars will be delivered within several weeks (4-12). The dealer will call you to make a delivery appointment. LeasePlan is dependent on third parties regarding to delivery time. The delivery time indicated on the website may change.
