Arrow downWhat to do in case of a break-down, damage, break-in, or theft of the car?

Call LeasePlan Driver Services immediately.
The LeasePlan Driver Services phone numbers are +32 78 150 600 and +32 2 72260 00.
These numbers are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Good to know:

In case of a dual damage incident (involving another road user), be sure to complete a European accident form and try to take a photograph of the other party’s vehicle. Ensure that the license plate is visible on the picture. These photos may be needed for the claim file. Dual damage incidents can also easily be reported using MyLeasePlan.

Did you have an accident? And this did not involve other drivers, like for instance hitting a tree or a pole? You do not have to fill out a European accident form. In such cases, an email including the following information will be sufficient: license plate, date, time, location, and a brief description of the incident.

Roadside assistance is provided by the VAB (the Flemish Motorist Association) heroes. See your insurance terms and conditions and LeasePlan assistance conditions for more information on road assistance.
Has your car been broken into or stolen? Always file a report with the police on www.politie.be.
