A musical crossover like no other
This fossil-fuel-free SUV strikes just the right note with an electric soundtrack composed by Oscar-winner Hans Zimmer. The iX3 also features a new cloud-based navigation system which provides more precise route and arrival times, as well as mid-journey recharge stop-recommendations. Pure driving dynamics and high power charging
Comfortable and engaging to drive, BMW’s sprightly new 'green' SUV sprints from rest to 100 km/h in 6.8 seconds– only just off the mark of the petrol-powered X3 xDrive30i. Powered by a single electric motor that drives the rear wheels, it can reach a top speed of 180 km/h and up to 460 km of electric range—thanks in part to the heavily sculpted 20-inch wheels, designed to smooth airflow along the side of the car. And with a 150 kW charging capability, the BMW iX3 is ready to go at 80% in about 34 minutes.
