Our response to the COVID-19 pandemic

Dear valued customers and partners,

In light of the recent outbreak of the COVID-19 virus and its spread around the globe, LeasePlan Emirates is taking all measures to ensure the safety of its employees, clients, vehicle end users and business partners.

We have put in place a number of measures to ensure that whenever we deliver or drop off a car to our customers, such as returning a car after a preventive maintenance service or dropping off a replacement car, each car is properly cleaned, disinfected and protected to minimize any risks.

In addition, many of our employees have started working from home in adherence with the UAE Government’s guidelines on limiting social interactions to prevent the spread of the disease. In doing this, LeasePlan has ensured no impact or delay in servicing our clients and working with our partners.

Our driver support call centre 800-DRIVER (800-374 837) remains available 24/7, our garages are open for business and scheduled deliveries are taking place. You can find more details on the measures we have taken in the Frequently Asked Questions below.
