EMTN Programme
On 13th October 2008, the Dutch Minister of Finance announced the 2008 Credit Guarantee Scheme of the State of The Netherlands for Dutch eligible banks' debt issuance (the "Scheme"). This forms part of the Dutch Government’s measures to ensure the stability of the Dutch financial system and to protect ordinary savers, depositors, businesses and borrowers.
