ECP and CD Programme
In August 2008 LeasePlan updated its €3bln Euro Commercial Paper Programme. This Information Memorandum lists the contact details of all dealers on the panel (pdf, 410kb).
The supplement- information memorandum (pdf, 228kb) of 8th December 2008 is prepared in order to enable the issue of the by LeasePlan Corporation N.V. of ECP notes which may benefit from the guaranteed provided under the scheme by the State of the Netherlands.
